To better understand the users' needs, we emailed a web survey to over 200 Chinese people who live in Chicago suburbs. To date, we have received 73 responses. Here is a summary of the survey results and key learnings:

1. Readers still want books most, magazines and DVDs are also at the top the list.
2. Readers will most likely use a children's collection.
3. The top five subjects are "culture, art & music", "travel", "health", "cooking" and "Chinese fiction"
